Altmetric support: all in one place

The Altmetric Support site is geared towards self-service, allowing our you to find answers when you need them. Built on the Freshdesk customer service platform, our support site includes:

  • The Knowledge Base (Solutions) provides answers to frequently asked questions and you can our guides
  • The Ticket area is where you can create support tickets and manage your forum subscriptions.

How does it work?

  1. Find an answer in the Knowledge Base for frequently asked questions
  2. If you're an Altmetric customer, read our Implementation Guides for more information on setting up your Altmetric tools
  3. Contact us via a New Support Ticket in the top-right hand corner, if you have a question
