What are Institutional Repository Badges?
Repository badges are an easy way of displaying an article's attention to both your researchers and external visitors to your repository. These badges are customisable, so they can be tailored to fit within the display of your pages.
How do you embed the badges?
Embedding this badges can be quite simple.
1. We must make sure we are tracking your repository.
2. Then we have to check your repository has the appropriate metadata.
3. Next you customise your badge.
4. Finally you add our badge code to your pages.
What is appropriate metadata?
For a repository to be able to display our badges they must have the appropriate metadata. In this case, the source code must contain a unique identifier (DOI, handle, etc) embedded in the page. Check out more information about source code here!
