Altmetric tracks attention to books across a curated list of attention sources and we automatically search each of these sources for references to books. 

As with blogs, news sources, and all other attention sources we strongly encourage you to link directly to books in your media publications. Using a direct link means we can collect the attention and properly credit the book. At this point, we are not offering text mining associated with books so a link to the book publication page is the only way we can track your attention.
